Due to the artistic nature of this industry, we cannot offer a refund on services performed. We will however honor any adjustments or changes to a service you are not satisfied within one week from date of service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know immediately.

Walk-ins: We welcome walk-in guests, however, if availability is limited you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.

Disclaimer: Pricing may vary slightly depending on time and product used. Complimentary consultations may be scheduled and we encourage all guests to solicit an accurate price quote from your service provider before having a service performed.

We want you to feel comfortable with pricing so you can relax and enjoy your service.

Cancellation policies: We value your time as much as we do ours. If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we request you do so as early as possible to allow us the opportunity to fill the time slot. We understand tardiness at times is unavoidable. If you are running late please contact us. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment or a portion of your scheduled services.

Specialty Appointments: (i.e. Keratin, Bridal, quinceaƱera) We require free no obligation consultations for all specialty appointments. Specialty appointments require a 50% deposit, at the time of scheduling, which will be credited to your final bill for services. Please note a 48 hour cancellation is required. Failure to notify the salon within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the deposit acquired at the time of scheduling.
